The SEBI code has been incorporated in the listing agreement of the Stock Exchanges with whom Mukesh Babu Financial Services Limited's equity shares are listed. Certain provisions in the Companies Act, 1956 also deal with Corporate Governance.

The revised clause 49 of the Listing Agreement popularly known as Corporate Governance Clause came into effect from December 31, 2005. The Company is in compliance of the provisions of the revised clause 49.

As per requirement of  SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/6/2015 as on 13th Oct, 2015, the company has submitted to BSE  the new Uniform Listing Agreement as per the format stated in the said circular.
